1. Personal & non-commercial site

myfavora.app is an unmoderated, non-commercial site operated by an individual administrator solely for friends and invited members to aggregate and share media links or content. It is a hobby project, not a business, and no fee is charged for access.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. No moderation & personal responsibility

• The site administrator does not review, edit, verify, or moderate content posted by members before it appears.
• You are solely responsible for the content, links, and media you submit.
• Do not upload or link to illegal material, malware, harassing or hateful content, sexually explicit material, private information about other people, or anything you do not have the right to share.
• The administrator may remove any content or account at any time, for any reason or no reason, but has no obligation to monitor content.

4. Your content & the license you grant

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant the administrator a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and display that content within the site to the audience you select through your visibility settings, for as long as you keep it posted.

5. Copyright & DMCA

Intellectual property is respected here. If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, notify the administrator at Betsy@betsyconlan.com with a description of the work, the location of the material, and your contact information. Verified infringing content will be removed promptly, and repeat infringers will lose access.

6. Third-party links and services

The site displays links and metadata from third-party services (for example TMDB, Google Books, iTunes, and streaming platforms). The administrator does not control and is not responsible for third-party sites, their content, or their practices. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.

7. "As-is" service & no warranty

This site is provided completely “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” as a free personal project, with no guarantees of uptime, accuracy, security, or data retention. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, are disclaimed.

8. Limitation of liability

By using this site you agree that the administrator is not liable for any loss of data, security issues, copyright claims, or any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the site or from exposure to content posted by other members.
